Michael Morpurgo's warm and humorous re-telling of the Christmas story through the eyes of the youngest shepherd, who was left to look after the sheep when the others went to Bethlehem. Dramatised and adapted by Simon Reade and featuring Paul Chequer, Andrew Bridgmont, Alexander Campbell, Stephanie Street, with Michael Morpurgo as The Storyteller and historical carols from Coope Boyes & Simpson, Fi Fraser, Jo Freya and Georgina Boyes.
